Löpning: Indoor Track Västerås
Information: Tired of the snow? Think that it might be fun to run fast without worrying about slipping on the ice? Me too, which is why I'd like to head down to the track in Västerås on Saturday to use the indoor track there. The track is booked 10:00-13:00 for a youth event and closes at 16:00, so I am thinking that we should arrive at 13:30 and warmup and run at 14:00. Be back in time for Valentine's Day evening activities.

As to the workout, I'm open to suggestion, but maybe 2x400 2 x800 2x1000 2x 800 2x400 1x200 (7000 total)...

Thinking to book a minibus if enough are interested.

Information: Planning to do a 20 min tempo run, 20-25sec/km slower than 5km pace, around some salted paths in Norby. Meet at Hågadalsskolan and be back in time for rockgympa.
