Löpning: Track Intervals. | Information: | The sun it out, spring is here which means it's time to build up that speed for the season. The session will be 5*800m at a pace faster than 5k pace and on a 4 minute cycle (start every 4 min) then 5*200m fast with 100m walk recovery to train the legs to perform hard under fatigue, perfect for that hard kick at the end of a relay.
