Löpning: Track Intervals | Information: | Since the goal is to get faster, the path is to do more intervals! I plan on running something like this at Studenternas or if we can't use the track then meeting there and running along the river:
1000x3, 400x5 (5000)
1000@5K pace, 400@3K pace
2 min rest after 1000s, 1min rest between 400s
