Löpning: Track Intervals | Information: | OBS! There is a preference for Österängen! Andreas, do you mind biking? I will swing past Studenternas at 16:50 and then run up to Österängen.
Studenternas track unless it is busy, in which case running over to Österängen.
As always, running intervals is more fun with company! I am planning to do 4 x 800, 4 x 400, 4 x 200. But happy to run something else if someone else has a specific workout they are interested in.
