Information: World Cup Preparation Middle Distance

Course is set with numerous controls, with constant direction change, classic middle distance style. Tried to include some "steeper" parts of Nåsten, with cliffs to offer some route choices that might be present in the terrain next week.

Main objective is to get a good feeling about the technique and flow, even if this is not entirely possible in Nåsten :).

Details: Nåsten 1:10,00. 6.1 km with 26 controls.

Meeting at KG 10:30, and we will run from there. Maybe 2km to the starting point, and the same from the finish.

All welcome. I will print the maps just before the training, so you have until then to sign up.
