| | This year’s 25manna took place on October 11th in Upplands Väsby, drawing nearly 9,000 participants and 358 teams to one of Sweden’s most iconic relays. The terrain offered fast and runnable forest close to the city – a true celebration of orienteering across all ages and levels, as youths, elites, and veterans all joined forces within the same teams. | The atmosphere throughout the day was thrilling, with cheering spectators all over the arena and teams supporting each other at every changeover.
Unfortunately, OK Linné’s first team, one of the pre-race favourites, suffered an early mispunch on the first leg, taking them out of the battle for title defence far too soon. However, the club’s depth quickly showed – as OK Linné 2 delivered an outstanding performance, finishing 23rd, just +37:18 behind the winning IFK Göteborg Orienteering (5:17:59), and earning the prize for the best second team.

Further solid results came from the remaining Linné teams:
• OK Linné 3 – 50th place (+1:06:30)
• OK Linné 4 – 149th place (+2:24:23)
• OK Linné 5 – also unfortunately disqualified
Altogether, the club fielded five complete teams, showing impressive participation and team depth. OK Linné was one of only 3 clubs managing to start with 125 people!
To strengthen and celebrate successful season, the team gathered at the clubhouse and enjoyed evening with pizza and ice cream afterwards!
We both enjoyed our first 25 manna to 100%, gained valuable experience and helped our teams
