Löpning: Track Intervals | Information: | Planning to do some intervals on the track. Am thinking to do 20 x 400 on a 2 minute cycle. I will aim to run 70-75 seconds, and so that will leave 45-50 seconds rest.
Would be happy to have company on the track, doing the same intervals or doing something different.
